Required Qualifications: Registered Nurse with at least two years of Labor and Delivery experience; Basic Life Support (BLS), Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP), and Intermediate Fetal Heart Monitoring (FHM) certification through the Association of Women's Health, Obstetric and Neonatal Nurses (AWHONN); high-acuity labor and delivery experience; proficiency with obstetric triage, operating room circulation for cesarean deliveries, cervical examinations, fetal monitoring interpretation, and newborn recovery; electronic medical record experience required. Patient assignments follow Association of Women's Health, Obstetric and Neonatal Nurses guidelines, including one patient during active labor, two patients during non-active labor, and two to three antepartum patients based on acuity.
