In this role, you’ll be responsible for developing and implementing control systems for a wide range of exciting projects, including custom electromechanical systems, control panels, robotics, vision systems, drives, and more. As a Controls Engineer, you’ll collaborate with a skilled team of technicians, engineers, and project managers to take projects from concept through installation. This role offers a mix of office, shop, and fieldwork, with opportunities to travel to customer sites, occasionally requiring overnight stays. To succeed in this position, you should have a strong background in industrial controls, computers, and networking. A hands-on mindset and the ability to tackle both technical challenges and field tasks are essential. Flexibility is key, as the role may involve travel, overtime, and adjusting your schedule to meet project needs.<h2>What You'll Do</h2><ul><li>Design, develop, test, and support controls systems which include pneumatics, servos, VFD’s, relays, communication networks, touchscreens, pushbuttons and robotic integration</li><li>Perform SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) development and design systems</li><li>Perform PLC and HMI programming (ex.
