Our team is committed to mentoring and providing hands-on training with our state-of-the-art robotic equipment to ensure your success and professional development. </div><div>Responsibilities:</div><ul><li>Maintain and support automation systems for the custom manufacturing of products. </li><li>Support software programs for controls, vision systems, and human-machine interfaces. </li><li>Lead in the planning and startup of complex control, information, and automation systems. </li><li>Provide support to operations and maintenance groups as needed. </li><li>Lead, coordinate and facilitate troubleshooting electrical issues, PLC controls, and roblem issues as they relate to equipment downtime, throughput improvement, or any safety concern.</li><li>Monitor and improve the performance of production processes concerning cycle time, uptime, etc. </li><li>Work with and support all plant operations in world-class manufacturing initiatives utilizing WCM tools for continuous improvement efforts, including kaizens and other quality improvement aids.</li></ul><div> Qualifications: </div><ul><li>BSEE.</li><li>Experience in industrial automation (especially Pneumatic Servo / Motion control), robotics, vision systems, PLC controllers, and microcontroller engineering.</li><li>Strong computer skills must be proficient in MS-office.</li><li>Possess strong problem-solving skills (Root Cause Analysis).</li><li>Knowledge and experience with automated production equipment.</li><li>Knowledge of robotics programming and hardware is helpful.</li><li>English language competency required with good written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Must have the ability to read, understand, and troubleshoot electric-hydraulic/pneumatic controls.</li><li>Must be self-directed and have the ability to learn new skills and responsibilities.</li></ul><div>  If you want to be part of a successful organization and are motivated to work, please submit your resume to choulihan@unitedabrasives.com.</div>
