In this role, you will be an individual contributor responsible for designing, building, and testing critical subsystems including: power distribution, BMS, system level communications, and wire harnesses and ensuring these systems scale from early prototypes to robust, fault-tolerant production hardware. Candidates should bring deep experience delivering complex electromechanical products, along with demonstrated excellence in technical leadership, deep ownership, bias for action, delivery, and mentorship.
