Serve as primary owner of EA''s entity management system and drive a variety of intercompany transactions, including the formation, maintenance and dissolution of domestic and certain global subsidiaries, preparation of resolutions authorizing various transactions and other governance matters; maintain database for EA legal entities and manage filings, including though corporate agents. We are seeking a highly skilled, collaborative Senior Corporate Paralegal to provide a full range of support to the corporate legal team and other cross functional partners in matters including debt reporting and compliance, board matters and corporate governance, mergers & acquisitions, entity management, and other general corporate matters.
