This includes the routine and preventative maintenance, repair, and upgrade of HVAC and refrigeration systems, BAS control systems, and the associated administrative duties such as ordering parts, setting priorities for service requests, training other employees, and attending meetings related to changes and impacts to the HVAC system. Working conditions may include working outside in inclement weather, walking, standing, bending and stooping for extended periods of time, lifting carrying heavy objects, crawling in small, cramped spaces, working from ladders, scaffolds and other above ground locations including high sloping roofs.
