A few of your duties range from processing orders to soliciting additional business from current customers. We will invest in training, resources and guidance. Qualifications and Skills A successful Customer Service Specialist candidate must be career-oriented, have initiative, ambition, and a strong interest and desire to learn the business from the ground up. We are a tight-knit, values-driven team focused on delivering an important promise to our customers: providing outstanding service and delivering a premiere customer experience!We currently have an excellent opportunity for a Technical Services Representative to join our team in Ohio.Primary Duties and Responsibilities include:<ul><li>Survey and physically inspect roofing systems.</li><li>Write and assemble roof inspection/survey of findings and make recommendations for improvement.</li><li>Attend pre-bid and construction meetings for roof replacement.</li><li>Manage onsite construction for clients to ensure contractors are performing. Provide daily report of progress.</li></ul>Education, Skills and Work Experience:<ul><li>High School Diploma or GED.</li><li>Registered Roof Observer certification preferred.</li><li>Minimum of 5 years commercial roofing experience.</li><li>Knowledge of commercial roofing, manufacturing, and warranty.</li><li>General knowledge of moisture detection and the inspection process.</li><li>Knowledge of Microsoft Office products.</li><li>Strong collaborating skills, and an ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.</li><li>Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with frequent deadlines; high energy, self-motivated and proactive.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to multitask and be flexible regarding workload and assignments.</li><li>Ability to exercise judgment.</li></ul>Specific Job Requirements:<ul><li>Valid Driver's License</li><li>50% local travel required.</li><li>50% overnight travel required.</li><li>Ability to lift or carry 50 pounds.</li><li>Capable of climbing a 40-foot ladder.</li><li>Comfortable working on roof tops of buildings up to 103 stories tall.</li><li>Ability to work outside on all types of weather conditions.</li></ul>RAM Companies offers a highly competitive hourly rate commensurate with work experience and/or education, an excellent benefits program that includes an ESOP, health, dental, vision and life insurance, and paid time off.
