Roofing Project Manager – $16/hr + Commission | $55K–$60K+ We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented person to manage roofing projects from start to finish. You’ll be the on-site contact for homeowners, making sure work is done safely, on schedule, and up to our quality standards. What You’ll Do:<ul><li>Be the on-site point of contact for homeowners</li><li>Monitor job progress, quality, and safety</li><li>Confirm materials and keep job sites clean and organized</li><li>Take progress photos and update project records</li><li>Help with inspections when needed</li><li>Coordinate with production teams to keep projects on track</li></ul>What We’re Looking For:<ul><li>Professional, dependable, and organized</li><li>Comfortable working outdoors in all weather</li><li>Able to climb ladders/roofs and lift 50+ lbs</li><li>Valid driver’s license & clean driving record</li></ul>Pay & Basics:<ul><li>$16 per hour (Ave. 40 - 45 Hours) + Commission on jobs you invoice and collect (avg. $100–$200/week)</li><li>Realistic annual earnings $55K–$60K+</li><li>Health insurance, PTO, and 401(k) with company match</li><li>Company truck provided for work use (picked up daily from our shop)</li></ul>All offers are contingent on a successful background check and drug screening.
