CROSS TRAINING Team members may be trained and work in any of the following positions based on production needs and individual skill development: Framing - Wall framing, floor systems, roof trusses, structural assembly Electrical - Rough-in wiring, fixture installation, panel installation, electrical testing Plumbing - Pipe installation, fixture mounting, water system testing, drain assembly Sheathing - Wall sheathing, roof decking, subfloor installation, exterior panel installation Saw Operations - Material cutting, component preparation, saw equipment operation Finishing - Drywall installation, taping and mudding, painting, trim installation Insulation - Insulation installation, vapor barrier application, energy efficiency measures Exterior - Siding installation, roofing, windows and doors, exterior trim Cabinetry - Cabinet installation, countertop mounting, hardware installation HVAC - Ductwork installation, unit mounting, register installation Final Assembly - Hardware installation, touch-up, final quality inspection, punch list completion. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (8-10 hours per shift) Capability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and occasionally up to 75 pounds with assistance Manual dexterity to operate hand tools, power tools, and equipment Ability to work at various heights including on ladders and scaffolding Visual acuity to read measurements, blueprints, and identify quality issues Ability to work in manufacturing environment with varying temperatures Stamina to maintain productivity throughout full shift/.
