The Commercial Roofing Estimator will work closely with the project management team and other stakeholders to prepare comprehensive and competitive bids for commercial roofing projects. In-depth technical knowledge of TPO, EPDM, PVC, Mod-Bit, Built Up, and Metal systems, various methods of attachment, and Manufacturer warranty requirements.
