LICENSE/CERTIFICATIONS: LPN (LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE) OR RN (REGISTERED NURSE) OR PT (PHYSICAL THERAPIST) OR PTA (PHYSICAL THERAPY ASSISTANT) OR COTA (CERTIFIED OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY ASSISTANT) OR SLP (SPEECH LANGUAGE PATHOLOGIST) OR RRT (REGISTERED RESPIRATORY THERAPIST). The Case Assessment Specialist responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: Conducts inpatient clinical record review, reviews admission records and conducts pre-admission screening for potential post-acute patients.
