The main focus of this role will be standing up a firm-wide management training program, and rather than building all of it in-house, this role sources, vets, and manages a network of external vendors and firms (facilitators, training providers, content vendors, and coaching and assessment firms) that help execute our learning programs, and then runs the day-to-day operation that keeps those programs on track: scheduling, communications, follow-up, tracking and reporting.
