Lead the implementation and governance of engineering change management processes, ensuring design changes, technical deviations, scope modifications, and engineering-driven impacts are properly assessed, documented, approved, and incorporated into project cost and schedule projections. Partners closely with Project Directors, Project Managers, Engineering Managers, EPCM partners, and technical teams to ensure engineering deliverables are completed in accordance with approved scope, schedule, budget, and quality requirements.
