Responsibilities: The Safety Director is responsible for oversight of Construction Project Safety and Health (S&H), and Risk Management, effectively managing multiple Safety programs, developing and implementing M.C. Dean site-specific project safety plans, and collaborating with Project Management in the implementation and leadership of the Operational Risk Management (ORM) process. Job Duties and Responsibilities:The incumbent is responsible for:Independently assessing construction safety, health, equipment, environmental, and electrical risks and exposures, independently developing risk and hazard assessment control strategies, and independently auditing, developing, and recommending improvements to the project safety program.
