Proven experience with renovation and rehabilitation projects involving waterproofing, water-infiltration remediation, structural concrete/slab repairs, building envelope systems, courtyards, plazas, hardscape, landscaping, or similar exterior improvements. Strong onsite construction management and Owner’s Representative experience, including field inspections, RFIs, submittals, schedules, change orders, pay applications, quality control, and contract administration.
