This position manages day-to-day project safety activities, including site orientations, pre-task planning reviews, daily safety engagement, audits and inspections, incident follow-up, documentation, and monitoring of jobsite safety compliance across assigned work areas and shifts. The Safety Manager works closely with the Director of Safety and project leadership, field teams, subcontractors, and clients to promote a proactive safety culture and consistent safety practices.
