Directs and coordinates all aspects of onboarding and training including scheduling/assigning resources, conducting classroom & on-the-job training when Selector/Driver trainers are not available, performing observations, acting as SME on process & milestones and metric tracking/success measurements. The Supply Chain Training Manager is responsible for overseeing the entirety of Supply Chain onboarding and training (classroom, on-the-job, train the trainer, etc.), with emphasis on new-hire's (Selectors & Drivers) first 90-days.
