You'll know you're succeeding when hazards are identified before they become incidents, subcontractors and field teams understand expectations, deficiencies are documented and followed through to closure, required safety documentation is accurate and current, and project leadership has a trusted safety partner who can advise, coach, monitor, verify, and escalate when necessary. This project includes complex construction activities involving excavations and trenching, cranes and lifting operations, confined spaces, fall exposure, temporary power and electrical hazards, energized work, LOTO, heavy equipment, and multiple trades working simultaneously.
