Manage and oversee the site Process Safety Management (PSM) program to ensure all Process Safety Information is accurate, available, and organized for ongoing processes, including but not limited to gatekeeping the Management of Change process (MOC), managing site PSM system (Enablon) as an administrator, and following up with any past due open actions. Their collaboration includes Process Hazard Analysis (PHA) /Layer of Protection Analysis (LOPA), risk assessment, process safety training, incident investigation, root cause analysis (RCA), audits, management of change (MOC), prestart up safety reviews, and corrective action management.
