This position plays a key role in coordinating the Driver workforce training, maintaining required compliance documentation for all driving positions, conducting Road Tests, supporting safety training and related initiatives, and receiving incident notifications, completing investigations, and hosting incident review calls to determine next steps and preventability. Train employees on PPE, hazard communication, emergency procedures, ergonomics, fall protection, lockout/tagout, powered industrial trucks, and other applicable topics.
