Working as part of ServiceNet's Work Crew Community Based Day Supports (CBDS) program, you will provide direct 1:1 support to participants during work crew activities, ADL training, life skills workshops, wellness activities, and community outings — helping them build the independence and confidence to thrive. The Day Counselor – Job Coach plays a vital role in coordinating and implementing individualized community-based activities, vocational exploration, and support for adults with developmental disabilities and autism, including those with higher behavioral needs.
