Bachelor¿s Degree from an accredited college or university in architecture, engineering, construction management, business administration or a related field appropriate to construction work AND four years of experience in the occupation, OR an appropriate combination of education and experience that demonstrates possession of knowledge and skill equivalent to that gained in the above, OR appropriate experience that demonstrates that the applicant has acquired the knowledge, skills and abilities equivalent to that gained in the above. Budgets for Operating and Maintenance (O&M) or Facility Sustainment, Restoration and Modernization (FSRM) support of NAF construction projects, and coordinates with the Naval Facility Engineering Command and the Army IMCOM-G9 MWR and Family Services, and field commands to allocate funds.
