Qualifications You Must Have: A Bachelor's Degree and minimum 12 years' prior experience in an engineering, manufacturing, operations management, program/project management, supply chain or related environment or a Master's Degree and minimum 10 years prior experience in an engineering, manufacturing, operations management, program/project management, supply chain or related environment. The Business Unit Leader will have responsibilities of production, quality, planning, scheduling, allocation of resources, budget, inspection, efficient sequence of operations and work flow by applying Lean principles.
