Project emphasis is transportation engineering design for both public and private sectors which range in scope from small to multimillion-dollar designs. Services are provided to a wide range of clients that include state DOTs and other governmental agencies – municipal, county and state.Duties & Responsibilities:<ul><li style="line-height:normal">Supervise and mentor construction engineers, as well as manage detailed schedules, work plans, and day-to-day operations of the construction inspection group while proactively managing multiple concurrent projects under pressure and tight deadlines</li><li style="line-height:normal">Manage and delegate tasks for project assignments while ensuring projects meet client expectations and adhere to project budgets and schedules</li><li style="line-height:normal">Work collaboratively with both internal and external team members, including roadway and bridge design disciplines</li><li style="line-height:normal">Provide consistent project updates regarding strategy and progress to various stakeholders</li><li style="line-height:normal">Participate in business development tasks including project pursuits, project proposal preparation and client presentation</li><li>Confirm that the contractor provides a quality improvement in accordance with the plans, specifications, and special provisions in a timely manner</li><li>Perform duties in compliance with the company's safety rules</li><li>Perform other job duties as assigned;
