CHST certification OSHA 500 and/or 501 Outreach Trainer certifications MSHA certification 5+ years of construction safety experience Direct safety experience in structural steel erection, including rigging, decking, crane picks, and work at height Training experience in mobile equipment, fall protection, overhead crane operations, and hazard recognition Strong communication skills with both management and field personnel Proven critical-thinking ability. This position involves physically demanding work in active steel erection, construction, and fabrication environments, exposure to hazardous materials, and work in varying weather conditions.
