Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), this role partners closely with Operations, Human Resources, Legal, and executive leadership to identify, assess, and mitigate risks impacting employees, contractors, customers, assets, and business continuity. Identify enterprise and operational risks across field operations, including electrical hazards, arc flash exposure, lockout/tagout (LOTO), fall protection, fleet safety, weather exposure, fire prevention, battery energy storage systems, and contractor performance.
