Under general guidance of the Plant Manager and the Corporate Business Manager - Environmental, Health and Safety, he/she is responsible for promoting, maintaining and implementing systems of accountability for excellence in the areas of health, safety and environmental for a 113+ acre location housing 5 manufacturing, warehousing and distribution facilities, totaling 1,219,644 square feet, and with a large employee base of employees. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required to collaborate, communicate effectively with, and influence all levels of employees, various manufacturing and staff departments within the facility, and with groups outside the facility.
