QUALIFICATIONS : 2+ years of outside sales experience with commercial sales desired Driver’s License with clean driving record Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Goal oriented, organized, and energetic Project, time management, and problem-solving skills PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: Working knowledge of interior and exterior paints coatings, carpentry, drywall, EIFS, DRYVIT and other construction Business to business sales and marketing experience Comfortable with business technologyCollege degree MARKETING: Identify prospects in target market segments. SALES: Through prospecting, develop new customer relationships Win sales commitments with new customers in a competitive market Grow revenue from existing accounts and relationships ESTIMATING: Meet with customers, in person, whenever possible to perform estimates and gather information about the needs pertaining to the execution of the project.
