Working closely with Project Managers and Operations Leadership, the Vertical Drilling Superintendent oversees day-to-day drilling operations, including production planning, crew leadership, drilling equipment utilization, auguring, casing installation, spoil management, reinforcement placement, concrete coordination, quality control, scheduling, and customer coordination.
