Our comprehensive, fully paid six-month training program includes all training materials, class discussions, hands-on training, e-learning modules, and the instructor led guidance will help you to support our membership independently. You will interact with our members across multiple contact channels (i.e. inbound phone calls, email, chat, social media, etc.) to provide adequate coverage and advice to help ensure members’ financial security.

That includes building lasting Customer relationships, making sales presentations to new and current Customers, and supporting new agents in the field. The income range associated with this posting represents the potential earnings available to you as a sales leader through personal compensation and incentive bonuses on team production, it is not a guaranteed salary.

Willingness to travel as necessary within the district (customers yards, close geographical area and training sites), work the required schedule, work at the specific location required, complete Penske employment application, submit to a background investigation (to include past employment, education, and criminal history) and drug screening are required.
