Serve as the intermediary between InVision internal teams and community providers including but not limited to primary care providers, specialty providers, state, or local regulatory agencies, etc. Provide support, education, and training to staff, people supported, and their designees on medical diagnoses, prescribed medication, medication management, dietary guidelines and restrictions, and mobility or positioning.
