This role ensures a safe, person-centered, and supportive environment, coordination and direction of the Assistant House Manger’s(AHM) efforts for a seamless transition, and works in close partnership with clinical teams, families, and leadership. • Verify and maintain accurate and timely resident documentation in PCC including MARs, TARs, progress notes, incident reports, behavior logs, and daily care records.
