Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 3 or more years of experience with a PhD • 8+ years of relevant work experience and a Master’s degree, OR 13+ years of relevant work experience • Deep expertise in backend engineering using REST APIs, gRPC, J2EE, JDBC, JMS • Extensive hands-on experience with Spring, Spring Batch, Spring Boot, WebFlux, and Vert.x • Experience with using GenAI, copilots, and agentic software for improving agility, quality, and security in SDLC. You are expected to be a model user of GenAI, LLMs, coding copilots, and agentic engineering approaches, and to help shape how engineering teams use these capabilities to improve software quality, speed, innovation, and operational excellence.
