In this leadership role, you'll partner with the Executive Directors at their respective senior living communities to execute innovative marketing initiatives, coach and mentor Directors of Sales & Marketing, strengthen referral relationships, and deliver measurable results that support our mission of serving seniors with excellence. Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written skills to communicate with corporate leadership, Executive Directors, Directors of Sales and Marketing, residents, family members, referral sources, department leaders, and line staff.
