Working independently on tasks of moderate complexity, you will configure and troubleshoot Windows Server, Linux (Ubuntu), SQL, PostgreSQL, and Docker environments, perform root-cause analysis of software and network communication issues, and maintain comprehensive customer documentation and configuration guides. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or Engineering required; equivalent professional experience (typically 2 years of relevant experience for every 1 year of required education) and relevant technical certifications, such as CompTIA Network+, may be considered in lieu of a degree.
