2+ years of industrial field sales experience Strong background in fluid connectors, or related products/systems Hands-on experience with hoses, tube fittings, quick couplings, and instrumentation is preferred Ability to identify, select, and specify components based on customer applications Comfortable working independently in the field and collaborating with internal teams Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills Technically proficient with MS Office products and ability to learn and effectively use a CRM system Bachelor's degree preferred (mechanical, electrical, or engineering disciplines a plus) Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the territory.
