The Sales Associate will support the Store Management Team by generating sales, sign waving, general housekeeping, merchandising, signing, pricing, POS operations and loss prevention. We work with customers across the world in the light industry (institutional, food & beverage, manufacturing, transportation, textile care, and global high tech) and heavy industry (chemical, downstream, paper, mining, power and primary metals industries) to reduce, reuse, and recycle their water while protecting their systems and equipment.

As an Industry Technical Consultant, you will be primarily responsible for implementing new technology, transitioning new business, and assisting sales representatives in making technical related sales calls and presentations within the division.

p>Primary Function Under general direction of the Glass Doctor Home + Business of Raritan Valley - Hillsborough franchise owner, this position is responsible for the development of Glass Doctor service brand awareness and generation of sales opportunities to residential and commercial prospects and existing customers.

• Compile list of prospective customers gathered from: • Internet web sites • Business directories • Local Groups such as: • Business Networks • Chamber of Commerce • Builder's Associations • Realtor Groups • Property Managers • Insurance Agencies • Apartment Complexes • Senior Living Facilities.

Develops knowledge of effective sales techniques, familiarity with industry and understanding of company products and services.\n* Accompanies more experienced Outside Sales Reps or Sales Manager on customer calls to become familiar with effective sales and customer service techniques.\n \nBachelor\u2019s degree in Sales, Marketing or related field plus 0 \u2013 2 years industry sales experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. Spends majority of daily activities away from employer\u2019s place of business making sales calls and obtaining orders or contracts for services and products.\n

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age • Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future • Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License • Must have at least a bachelors degree by the start of this development program • Must be able, with or without reasonable accommodation, to retrieve material from shelves and floor stacks and lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
