Customer Service Representative Responsibilities: · Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead, outbound cold calls and emails · Understand customer needs and requirements · Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest · Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory · Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals · Maintain existing customer relationships to increase business · Helping determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations · Preparing monthly sales department reports · Perform effective online demos to prospects · Obtaining deposits and balance of payment from clients · Entering orders and preparing routing sheets · Answering client questions about credit terms, products, prices and availability · Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure Customer Service Representative Requirements: · Experience in sales of meat or seafood experience an asset · A commitment to excellent customer service · Excellent written and verbal communication skills · Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and suppliers · Detailed oriented · Experience using computers for a variety of tasks · Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook · Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment Benefits and Culture · Benefits package available 1st of month following date of hire.
