In a special school setting, under the supervision of Supervising Cook I, the Food Service Technician II (FSTII) works at point of meal service station during meal service, checks serving lines & records food holding temperatures, collect & compile daily meal counts, leads, and assists Food Service Technician I (FSTI) in preparing cold items, serving meals, cleaning, & sanitizing dishes and work areas. Confidential information that should be excluded or removed from these documents includes, but is not limited to, your Social Security Number (SSN), birthdate, age, student identification number, driver license number (unless required), examination results, LEAP status, and marital status.
