Experience with major ESPs/marketing automation platforms (e.g., Braze, Iterable, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, or similar) — or comparable CRM/lifecycle systems experience and the ability to ramp quickly — with enough HTML/CSS fluency to troubleshoot rendering issues across email clients (Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail) without waiting on a developer. Strong analytical skills — comfortable owning reporting and drawing insights from data, with hands-on skills in SQL, data visualization tools (e.g., Databricks, Looker, Tableau), and CDPs/data warehouses (e.g., Higtouch, Segment, mParticle, Snowflake) to pull and shape audience data beyond the ESP.
