Customer-Facing Reporting & Presentations - Develop executive-level audit reports, presentations, and supporting documentation that clearly communicate findings, explain methodologies, address customer concerns, and demonstrate contractual compliance. Cross-Functional Data Collection & Analysis - Partner closely with Operations, Finance, Billing, Sales, Legal, and other departments to collect, validate, reconcile, and analyze data necessary to support audit requests and compliance reviews.
