Serve as the Owner''s Representative, overseeing general contractors, design consultants, commissioning agents, utility providers, and equipment vendors while acting as an extension of the client''s design and construction team. Oversee mission-critical MEP infrastructure, including electrical distribution, UPS systems, generators, switchgear, transformers, cooling systems, low-voltage systems, fire protection, security systems, BMS, and EPMS platforms.
