Qualified candidates will have experience in the following areas: Analyzing, drafting, and negotiating complex IP and commercial agreements (e.g., licensing, collaboration, distribution, SaaS/Cloud, services, development agreements) in life sciences and/or related industries. We are seeking candidates with five to seven years of experience structuring, drafting, and negotiating IP licensing, collaboration, distribution, services, development and other complex agreements for life sciences companies.
