Edicom, Ariba, Coupa) • Provide expert-level configuration for pricing, billing, credit management, accounts receivable, and general ledger processes • Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable SAP solutions • Drive continuous improvement by identifying process gaps and recommending enhancements • Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis for complex system issues • Mentor junior analysts and serve as a subject matter expert across OTC/FTM domains • Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax requirements, and internal controls • Collaborate with technical teams on interfaces, data migration, and system upgrades • Support testing cycles (unit, integration, UAT) and ensure high-quality deliverables • Document functional specifications, configuration guides, and process flows • Experience in integrations with CRM and CPQ tools (e.g. Qualifications: • 10-15 years of SAP OTC/FTM experience, with at least 5 years in a senior or principal analyst role • Strong expertise in SAP SD, FI, CO, MM and their interdependencies • Proven experience with third-party integrations (tax engines, invoicing platforms, payment gateways) • Advanced configuration skills in pricing, billing, AR/AP, GL, and credit management • Experience with SAP S/4HANA migrations or implementations preferred • Solid understanding of finance processes, compliance, and audit requirements • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills • Ability to lead cross-functional workshops and present solutions to senior stakeholders • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Finance, or related field (Master's preferred) • SAP certifications in OTC/FTM or related modules are a plus • Salesforce experience is a plus.
