Skills & Abilities: • Excellent documentation, communication, teamwork, and organizational skills • Strong troubleshooting and analytical abilities • Experience analyzing complex data • Keen attention to detail • Experience in creating detailed reports and delivering multimedia presentations • Proficient in the latest version of Microsoft Office Suite • Required knowledge of SharePoint • Strong public speaking skills preferred.
