As a trusted advisor and facilities expert, you will work alongside senior leaders, internal stakeholders, and industry partners to solve complex challenges, implement innovative facility solutions, and help define the future workplace and manufacturing environments of Caterpillar across a diverse portfolio of domestic and international projects. You will interact with senior business leaders, Real Estate and Facilities teams, architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, and external partners while helping shape the future footprint of Caterpillar's global facilities portfolio.
