Run assigned state IRA Home Energy Rebate programs (Home Efficiency Rebates and Home Electrification and Appliance Rebates) from launch planning through closeout, including enrollment, eligibility verification, application review, contractor work, QA/QC, savings validation, invoicing, payment, and reporting. A PMP or equivalent certification, direct experience with IRA Home Energy Rebates (HER/HEAR) or the Weatherization Assistance Program, and knowledge of categorical income eligibility or measured energy savings validation are all a plus, not a requirement.
