Defines, develops, and documents user/stakeholders’ needs in support of the achievement of business requirements, Assists in and provides the definition and documentation of the business requirements objectives, deliverables, and specifications needed to develop new software programs and applications, Provides documentation and support to existing APD business applications regarding system enhancements, Designs, runs, and monitors software performance tests on new and existing applications for the purpose of correcting errors, isolating areas for improvements, and general debugging; and. Ten plus (10+) years of experience as an IT Business Analyst with experience in all phases in the system development lifecycle, Experience working with state agencies will be a plus, Experience in Project Management is a plus.
