Assist in the development of program baselines, including assigning resources within work-breakdown-structures, assigning earned value methods, and verification of contract budget baseline + Coordinate with Financial Analysts and provide technical insight on Earned Value variance analysis to assist CAMs in baseline variance reporting + Resolve schedule issues efficiently through root cause analysis and teamwork + Monitor and improve planning and scheduling processes and procedures + Analyze operational health metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement + Perform other duties as assigned by management Qualifications Qualifications: + 0-3 years' experience in scheduling within an engineering development and/or manufacturing operation, or other similar experience + Demonstrated success in planning, developing, baselining and tracking schedules for commercial and DoD programs + Familiar with Schedule management within the Primavera P6 scheduling tool, or Microsoft Project, or Deltek OpenPlan.
