We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Construction Scheduler to join a leading electrical substation construction firm in Bremen, GA. In this role, youll play a key part in managing multiple construction schedules simultaneously, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and seamless coordination across major infrastructure projects. Key Responsibilities: <ul><li> Develop, maintain, and update detailed construction schedules using Primavera P6 </li><li> Coordinate with project teams to align schedules with billing, invoicing, and bid timelines </li><li> Analyze project progress and adjust schedules to meet critical deadlines </li><li> Communicate schedule impacts and updates to project managers and stakeholders </li><li> Support project delivery for high-profile data center and renewable energy projects </li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li> 35 years of experience in construction scheduling </li><li> Proficiency with Primavera (P6) </li><li> Strong communication and organizational skills </li><li> Preferred: Experience with substation construction, Procore, Microsoft Project, or a background in Industrial Engineering or Project Management </li></ul> Additional Details: <ul><li> Location: Bremen, GA (Hybrid schedule available after training) </li><li> Pay Rate: $45.67$55.29/hr (equivalent to $95K$115K annually, DOE) </li><li> Hours: MondayFriday, 8am5pm </li><li> Travel: Less than 10%, to nearby states </li><li> Work Environment: Business casual </li></ul>

Together, we work tirelessly to create meaningful change and lasting legacies. Key Responsibilities: <ul><li style="vertical-align:middle;color:black">Develops and posts work schedules in a timely manner or accordance with company policy to ensure appropriate staffing needs and requirements are met. </li><li style="vertical-align:middle;color:black">Builds relationships and trust to be able to make necessary contacts with care team members for open shifts and modifies schedule when required. </li><li style="vertical-align:middle;color:black">Maintains a current listing of care team member contact numbers for call-in </li><li style="vertical-align:middle;color:black">Coordinates and obtains approval for any time off requests with the Director of Nursing  </li><li style="vertical-align:middle;color:black">Notifies the Executive Director and Director of Nursing of any potential short or critical staffing levels. </li><li style="vertical-align:middle;color:black">Manages attendance records, perfect attendance or other attendance related special pay programs the company may provide; and reports any necessary information to HR/Payroll to ensure time records are accurately captured. </li></ul>Qualifications <ul><li style="vertical-align:middle;color:black">Certified in the state as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Qualified Medication Assistant, required. If a care team member holds a Certified Nursing Assistant certification and/or Qualified Medication Assistant certification, the Nursing Scheduler may be required to function as one during critical staffing needs.
